Coral Ridge Towers South is a Full Feature Co-op
Located near the intersection of A1A and Oakland Park Boulevard in sunny South Florida, Coral Ridge Towers South is a 55+ co-op with several hundred units. We have ample open parking. We do not permit pets nor rentals. Our amenities include two gas powered grills and associated BBQ area, swimming pool, lounge chairs and tables. We have a community room which may also be reserved in advance. All floors have a common laundry area and we have a manager on-site.
We are located across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and there is a bus stop (the number 11) in front of our building located on A1A. There is ample shopping nearby. Several restaurants are within walking distance so in many cases a car is not necessary.
